The $8.3 million Echuca Cancer and Wellness Centre has delivered a new chemotherapy/haemodialysis unit at Echuca Regional Health.

The project relocated Echuca Regional Health’s existing chemotherapy/haemodialysis unit to a new purpose-built cancer and wellness centre.

The centre also provides wellness programs to help improve the health and wellbeing of cancer patients.

Patients can now access consultations with haematologists, medical oncologists, nephrologists and radiation oncologists, all conveniently in one location.

The project was funded by:

  • Victorian Government contribution of $6 million
  • NSW Government contribution of $1 million
  • Echuca Regional Health Foundation contribution of $1.3 million.
