Artist impressions of early parenting centres revealed

Take a look at early designs for the soon-to-be-upgraded early parenting centres at Footscray and Noble Park.

Early artist impressions of soon-to-be-upgraded early parenting centres at both Tweddle Child and Family Health Service and Queen Elizabeth Centre have been revealed. They give a feel of what the exterior and main reception areas may look like upon completion.*

The Queen Elizabeth Centre in Noble Park and Tweddle Child and Family Health Service in Footscray are being upgraded as part of the Victorian Government’s $123 million investment to expand the early parenting centres network.

Upgraded centres will:

  • allow more families to access specialist services
  • reduce wait times
  • support a wider range of families in need.

Masterplanning and feasibility is now complete for both centres. Schematic design and the development of site and floor plans will start later this year.

Design guidelines for the new early parenting centres are also being developed and will further inform the design development for the new and upgraded centres.

*Artist impressions are a work in progress and subject to further refinement.
