Doors open at Bendigo Hospital Day Rehabilitation Centre

The new state-of-the-art $63.5 million rehabilitation centre at Bendigo Hospital is now complete.

The facility will provide locals with a comprehensive range of medical and allied health services under one roof.

The new centre includes:

  • a new hydrotherapy pool
  • outpatient rehabilitation
  • allied health
  • dental
  • mental health
  • renal dialysis
  • breast screening
  • diabetes education services.

The facility will be known as the Clinical Services Campus.

A patient-centred approach

The facility offers a comprehensive and patient-centred approach to rehabilitation and care.

Clients will be able to access a team of dedicated health professionals in the one place.

They will receive help to recover from accidents, injuries, and medical conditions such as a stroke or heart attack.

Services will be easier to access and better connected for patients. Seamless care will help prevent future hospital re-admissions.

About the Bendigo Hospital Day Rehabilitation Centre

We delivered the project in partnership with Bendigo Health and building contractor ADCO Group.

The new centre consolidated rehabilitation services into one new location and will support the health and wellbeing of local communities.
