Expression of interest: Kingston Centre residential aged care redevelopment – Main works contractor

We’re seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a main works contractor on the new $134.6 million Kingston Centre residential aged care development.

Submissions close at 2.00 pm on 25 August 2022.

Following evaluation, a request for tender will be issued to shortlisted contractors. The successful contractor is expected to be appointed in early 2023.

The project includes the construction of a multi-storey, 150 bed residential aged care facility at the Kingston Centre site in Cheltenham.

The project is proposed to be completed in two stages:

  • Early works including but not limited to demolition, site clearing and inground services removal / diversions. (Note: these works are subject to a separate contract and outside the scope of this EOI).
  • Main works design/coordination and construction of the multi-storey, 150 bed residential aged care facility including support services, landscaping and road upgrades.
