Expression of Interest open for Latrobe Regional Hospital redevelopment – Stage 3A

The Victorian Health and Human Services Building Authority is calling for Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced parties to design, prepare contract documentation and provide contract administration services for delivery of the $217 million Latrobe Regional Hospital Redevelopment – Stage 3A.

The Latrobe Regional Hospital Redevelopment – Stage 3A includes an expansion of the theatre complex, maternity unit, intensive care unit, emergency department and inpatient bed capacity.

A new central sterile service department, medical imaging unit and pathology unit are also included.

Expression of Interest applications are being sought via the Buying for Victoria website (tenders.vic.gov.au) for:

Principal Consultant (Architect) EOI No: VHHSBA-1164-E-02

Building Services Engineer EOI No: VHHSBA-1164-E-03

Quantity Surveyor EOI No: VHHSBA-1164-E-04

Relevant Building Surveyor EOI No: VHHSBA-1164-E-05
