Expression of Interest: Rural and Regional Public Sector Residential Aged Care Revitalisation – Principal Consultant and Services Engineer

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are now open for a Principal Consultant (Architect) and a Services Engineer for Rural and Regional Public Sector Residential Aged Care (PSRAC) Revitalisation Stage 1 projects.

Expression of Interest applications close on 30 June 2022 at 2.00 pm. The EOI forms the initial stage of the procurement process with the objective of shortlisting proponents for the following Request for Tender (RFT) stage.

The $108.2 million Rural and Regional PSRAC Revitalisation Stage 1 will expand and refurbish public sector residential aged care facilities in Mansfield and Orbost.

The Mansfield project will deliver:

  • a new 30-bed aged care facility
  • the refurbishment of an existing 42-bed aged care facility
  • the refurbishment of a vacated facility for hospital use.

The Orbost project will deliver:

  • a new 38-bed aged care facility
  • the refurbishment of a vacated facility for community support services.
