Expression of interest open for Camperdown residential aged care – Main works contractor

Expressions of interest (EOI) are now open for a main works contractor for the new $39.6 million Camperdown aged care facility.

Applications close at 2.00 pm on 15 December 2022.

About the project

The project includes the construction and commissioning of a new two storey, 36-bed residential aged care facility at the Camperdown Hospital site. The new facility will be operated by South West Healthcare and will replace the existing Merindah Lodge residential facility at the site.

The project will be procured and completed in a single main works package. This includes construction of the new facility as well as support services, landscaping and community engagement spaces.

Suppliers and subcontractors

Subcontractors, manufacturers and/or product suppliers can submit an expression of interest for: 

• furniture, fittings and equipment
• steel
• any other opportunities that may arise from the project.
