New ambulance branches on the way for Mornington and Lilydale

We're boosting ambulance resources in Mornington and Lilydale, giving paramedics the facilities and support they need to quickly respond to local emergencies.

Bowden Corporation has been appointed to build ambulance branches in Mornington and Lilydale, with construction expected to start in July 2021.

The new Lilydale ambulance branch will be located in Charles Road, Lilydale and includes a five-bay garage and six bedrooms.

The new Mornington ambulance branch will be based in Main Street, Mornington and includes a four-bay garage with four bedrooms.

Both branches will include:

  • training facilities
  • bedrooms for rest and recuperation
  • a fully equipped kitchen
  • improved security and car parking to make sure paramedics are safe.

Ambulance Victoria development program
